I have a 1988 Chevy K2500. It is running very rough,when I m not there holding

the throttle down.? Sometimes even when I am throttling. It idles like "Blah...Blah... Blah. It has a fresh tune up and egr valve. I recently cleaned the throttle body. Any suggstions?
