first make sure yor fuel filter is full. next crack all the injection lines at the injectors.then crank the motor at full throttle since these engines have no primers it may take several trys. watch for fuel to sart comin out of the lines. once tis happens tighten them all down. crank agan at full throttle. once it fires keep it about half throttle to keep it goin and try not to let it stall. if several trys dont work youmay need to force feed fuel back through the systemto push the air out of the lines
