located the problem? the latches came off and the clip was loose but i tried to open the door by pushin where the rods will go but the door will not disengage. I was told i have to get to the lock behing the side back panel is this the only way to release the lock so I can open it. WHere can i go to fix it i'd rather fix it myself but its not really goin to well right now
