i have a 1980 ford pinto and i would like to put a turbo on it. what will i need?

my pinto has the 2.3l ford engine and every body tels me i need to put a turbo on it but i dont know what all i would need. i now i will need a turbo but which one is the best??? i know i will need new pistons which means breaking down the engine. will i need a new cam?.......is there a kit out there that has every thing i will need to do it? if there is i would love to know where to git it.........thanks
