handle bar , What is it? ? Its a switch with R for one position and S in the 2nd position. Its located on the left handle bar. Also has a cable coming out of it, a metal cable to actuate something. Please help
I'm only guessing here but if you're talking about a push pull type cable and not wiring it could be the choke. 'R' could stand for run and 'S' might mean start.
All older bikes had a choke mechanism of some sort to help get the machine started when it was cold. However most were had a lever and linkage system of some sort mounted on the carbs.
