I have a 1970 jeep j2000 pickup 4x4. it has a 350 buick wildcat and a 3 speed.?

Does anyone know if jeep offered any other engine in this year pickup. i have owned several old jeeps and this is the first i have had with a buick and a 4 barrel. usally came with chevy and a 2 barrel. are there any websites i can research at. thanks.
