I have a 12lb pork roast w/the bone and i am going to cook it in a Crock Pot?

Anyone have a really good recipe for this? I also have potatoes and baby carrots to go with it. How should i cook it and about how long will it take? This is my first time using my 7 qt crockpot i got for black friday last year. I want it to be good. Any suggestions welcomed.
 
Remember that the meat will not brown at all in a crock pot and this is what helps give the whole deal flavor but whatever. Are you sure it's 12 pounds? Gad, that will take forever.
