I have a 10 gallon tank with 6 fish one is chasing all the other fish, why is this?

Am new at owning fish is that one fish a bully or just playing or what? Please Help
I don't know what type of fish they are I didn't pick them out but there's only 2 set of fish that are the same kind.
 
depends on one thing. what kind of fish?

if the fish is a semi-aggressive/aggressive breed like chiclids or Barbs... that's just what it does. especially to community fish.

If the fish are more than 1" big, there are too many fish in a 10 gallon tank. even peaceful fish can become territorial if there's not enough room and they feel they need to fight for space and food.
