hey you need to use a body polish for cars but dont get the shit with acid in the active ingredentsyou can find this at your local auto parts store

Mother's has a line that I find to be good.
Red container, in the car care aisle. I've found it at Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire. (If you have Canadian Tire there) I'm sure you can find it other places as well.
