Are any lights coming on at all? Is the bike turning over? Is your battery dead? Are you getting spark?
If your battery is good, then you have a short somewhere. Finding a short in a wiring harness is a pain in the A**. You will probably find a wire that it's insulation has rubbed through and is touching metal somewhere on the frame. Tape up that wire or shrink seal it and you should be good to go.
