i have 95 honda civic dx 1.5L how can i remove my crankshaft pulley and it is

possible to DIY? my belt on powersterng and aircondition came off when im driving and when i check the crankshaft pulley is loose i can move it by my hand. can i tight it in and put the belt back or do i need to remove and change it. and if need to remove it how can i remove it? thank you
