Jus could be right, but I like to look at the more simpler obvious things first.
Without hearing it myself, If you've already had all of that tune up type work done then I'd have to say the most likely cause would be the timing is off...do you know how long its been since the timing belt was replaced? Best thing to do would be to get the timing checked first...if the timing belt is bad, then the mechanic won't be able to get the timing right and will tell you that you need a new belt.
Its a Honda...they run forever. My mothers honda went 250k miles before it was timing belt time!
