It doesn't work like that. The 15's are the load, an amp is not a load, it sees the load. If it is a 1 ohm amp, this means its power is rated at a 1 ohm load. If you have too big of a load on the amp, it will overheat, and shut down. If you were to wire all 4 speakers in parallel, red to red, black to black, it would be a 1 ohm load.
