...4-channel amp for my speakers? My first question is if this is true. I know I need at least 2, one for each amp, but I am pretty sure that the 4-channel amp requires 2 aux inputs, one for each set of terminals. How am I supposed to hook up my 4 channel amp I am getting for x-mas if I dont have enough aux inputs to connect them?
I know that there is this strange black circular connector on the back of my deck that has pins in it. I think that I can buy an adapter for it to add more inputs to it. Like a black circle connector on one side of the adapter/cable, and on the other would be the one red, and one white aux input. Would this work? I am pretty sure my deck has the first set of inputs labelled front, and the second set rear/sub. Doesn't this mean the front set of speakers and the rear set of speakers. Or you could use the rear input as an input for the subwoofer.
I need to get this working. I just bought a $200.00 plus 4 channel amp and need to hook it up ASAP!
Secondly, do you think I could split it with a y-splitter adapter? or would this lose half the power for each input?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
