just after 2 months of buying the corolla in 2006 it was rear-ended at 55 mph by a dude who jumped the red light. That led to body damages of $9000. Basically the entire rear was thrown out -- the trunk, tailpipe, bumper, lights, etc etc. My pet dog which was in back seat got killed instantaneously.
It took 2 months more for the car to repair by the insurance company of dude who hit me. It had 2000 miles at time of being rear-ended.
3 years later it still runs without any problems and has never ever broken down or cost anything more than gasoline and oil changes.
My questions is how much longer will the car last assuming there is no more accident?
