the least hassle to fix? I need one of these two vehicle to make the drive from Utah to CA.THe Suburban was a gift but has been sitting in a driveway for 3 yrs and we can't get it to turn over. The Cherokee we just bought for $500 and my friend said we need bushings/adapters(?) for leaking connectors(?) and springs for the front end...it seems to drive okay but its a little squirley and I don't know if towing a little u-haul trailer behind this thing would be such a great idea- i have two little girls and I just want them to be safe.Bought a new battery for the Suburban but that wasn't the problem. It's fuel-injected and we don't know what to check first.Any advice would be appreciated...we were planning our move next week. Thanks!

I do know that the older Chevys are much easier to work on. What is the problem? If it's just not starting, that could be many simple things. not just the battery.

Parts may be cheaper for the Suburban.

if u just bought the jeep and dont have any knowlege about any problem in this car
i think that to take the superban,,,,,
becouse the jeep need a period to try it and it is soo difficult to try it with your girls.
?
check the fuel in superban and the battary and check the 2 caple of the battary like washing it by a hot water to wash it from any oxidation .
check the engine oil ..see it level and vescosity
and i need to tell u that any car before travel u must check it in a mecanik
have a good time and i wish to u and your girls a nice time and the good with u
