i have 2 fish that are about to die what do i do?

my first problem is that my fish has tiny insect that stick to him his bowl and the rocks in his bowl and this isn't the first time i saw it
my second problem is i used to have a fish that had a white wart next to his eye then next thing you know the whitewart is gone but a huge lump has appeared on his side and on the exact same side as where his white wart was but on his side and so i really need some help and i think they are dying
 
im not quite sure what tis is. try going to a vet that knows many things about FISH. not just any vet. try googling vetarian for fish (type in state and city) and boom. there might be a vet in your town. if there isnt try just going to an animal clinic asking where a vet who specialises on fish is.
