So when i turn the car its sounds ok but after running for a little bit white smoke comes out of the exhaust. I also changed the oil just yesterday and its starting to burn. Whne i come to a complete stop it shakes like its gonna die and then sometimes it does. It also overheats. It also shifts hard. Idk what the problem is please help!!!
The oil cap looks normal. I meant That when i look at the dipstick the oil is turning dark. Also the exhaust smells sweet and thick. The reservoir looks clean. The radiator has plenty of coolant, and there are no leaks from anywhere
Also the tranny fluid looks very clean but there might be too much in there

I wish I could give you a solid answer but you have too many things going on for a correct diagnosis to be made over the internet. But I can tell you that white smoke means the car is burning anti-freeze, which could be your reason for over heating. This could be a broken head gasket or cracked head. Oil burning usually produces a blueish smoke. That could cause the car to run bad which also may explain your stalling/shaking problem. The transmission problem is more than likely unrelated to the engine problems and needs its own diagnosis. It sounds like you need a new car!

Sounds like you have a blown head gasket. When you open your oil cap, does it look like chocolate milk? How about your coolant reservoir?

If it's a head gasket, the smoke will be white and often smells thick and sweet.
