I have 11 cultures, but let's just look at romanian now(read detais)?

If I am like ethnically romanian and because of the roman empire's occupation of the ancient dacia, does that mean that most ethnic romanians today are part italian? or native/original roman descent as well as the indigenous dacian/thracian ppls of the balkan region?
 
Technically most Europeans are related because most are of Roman descent.
