i have 04 toyota matrix and i need help with head lights.?

i bought a suposably "blue" headlights and they turned out white. they were cool blue.I want the blue that IS BLUE.. if i go back to the store can somone tell me what to tell them so i can get what i want

Blue isn't legal.
They are blue but it's only tinted a very light blue.
