I hate to cook but need to start making dinner for myself. What are some easy recipes?

I would like some recipes that are somewhat healthy and don't use a lot of ingredients. I'm not a good cook so emphasize the "easy". I greatly appreciate your responses!
 
One of the easiest recipes I use is a simple mince stew with all the veggies chopped up and cooked once you have browned the mince and added some stock or water.
As that is simmering away, cook potatoes for mashing.

Thicken the stew up with a little flour and water and stir in to thicken and serve with the mashed potatoes.
