I hate my job so much it makes me sick! Should I quit?

I hate my job so much I get stomach aches and headaches I wanna just quit and not show up tomorrow my managers don't like me they never listen to my availability and I can never get time off! I'm so fed up with them and all the Old ass customers that are rude my manager has yelled at me in front of customers before a lot for simple mistakes I have had it! Should I quit by not showing up? Also it took them forever to hire me and they tossed me around about the hire I wanna get them back by screwing them over!
