I hate my dad and my boyfriend...who else should I ask to bye me a dress?

I went to this cute boutique and i found the freaking sexiest dress ive ever seen. I have this dance that I'm going to soon and i thought this dress would be hot to wear. its cut really deep at the neckline and its bright blue and kinda short so it would look good when im dancing in high heels. anyways, this dress cost like 400 dollars and I asked my dad if he would bye it for me and he said ''no, im sorry we are kind of tight on money right now and 400 dollars is just too much. how bout u think of getting a job? maybe then u can pay for it.'' like wtf 400 isnt that much i dont understand why he cant bye it. i hate him so freaking much he always does this. then i asked my boyfriend and he said the same thing that he doesnt have money, that i should get a job, bla bla bla...like why the hell should i get a job, i already work hard enought at school. like no one understands me i hate both of them. can u think of anyone else i can ask to bye me a dress? thanks xx
