The further I go in my advanced educational process, aka college, I'm beginning to see why a diploma is so essential to getting a job. College doesn't teach you things you need to know. It tells you how shitty you are, and it keeps pounding that into your skull. That's why people with college degrees get jobs because they know how shitty they are and can cope with the mass amounts of psychological abuse they've been forced through for the last four to eight years.
