the computer crashed and was not able to restore to any previous point. my only option was to completely reset it back to day one. i wasn't even aware i had a special program installed that would read those files. however, now i can't open anything without the entire internet explorer shutting down.
i had to reset my computer, and now can't open php files. help please.?
