I had slight pimples on my face..?

They wernt white heads or black heads or anything they were just like tiny bumps but I wanted rid of them so I started cleaning my skin so it was REALLY clean on a night and every speck of makeup was off. I also moisturised, but now all them tiny spots are starting to get bigger!! Whyyyy is this :(

..Are they gonna get big then just go :S????
