i had my car repaired .and the repair shop has charged me at least $300.00 more that

i should have been? can i take him to small claims court and sue him? and is it hard to do? i went to four other repair shops and got written est. on the same work i had done at this one repair shop, and all four quoted me three hundred less.
 
Did the shop that did the work give you a written quote? If not, why not? If they did, and they exceeded their quote by $300 without notifying you before doing the work, then you should sue them. If they did not give you a written quote, and your state requires them to do so, then you should sue.

To sue in small claims court, just go to your local court. They will explain to you what to do and what it will cost you. If you win the lawsuit, the losing party will have to pay all of your court costs.
