I had blood test and my arm has a sharp tight pain?

On wed I went to the doctors to get a physical and had a blood test. I was fine when I got home but until the next morning to today my arm has this sharp tight pain that runs all the way to the crook near the elbow where they took blood... and all the way to my armpit. It only hurts when I move it out and straight up. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is this some kind of reaction to the needle placed in my arm? Is it a pinched nerve? The best way I can describe the pain is if someone was pulling on my hair very hard... : (

Anyways it’s mostly sore on my armpit
