...is stiff, how do I exercise it? Other than the fact that I've had a finger chopped off and it's been a pretty weird and frustrating time for me the last couple of weeks learning to live with four fingers on my left-hand, I've recovered quite well, but the remaining part of my left-ring finger (first joint up from the knuckle) has become quite stiff, so I was wondering if there are any exercises I can do (bearing in mind the stump is still quite tender), so when my stump is healed, it will have some functionality and won't be useless? Otherwise I might as well have the last part chopped off as well. Thanks, Danny
