if it is twisted behind the wheels it cant be fixed very well but driveable .. IF IN FRONT EASY FIX JUST NEED A GOOD TRACTOR AND OPPERATER TO RESTRAIGHTEN .. YES REA ALIGN AFTER..

Yep. But it will Cost more than the car is worth, i would talk to insurance about totaling it out and then go find a used car.
