...after paying for the car? had an accident wasnt my fault other driver tried to run away after hitting as my car was parked . i saw him hitting chased him . he wasnt admitting . showed him my car and scratches on his . then he admitted and gave details . then i called police , police didnt come to the scene but i gave all details af accident on phone . police said its fine . we dont hve to come there . third party insurance paid me for my car . there was no injury claim . now they r again asking for more details of accident . wat if they want to go to court

If the other company paid to fix your car, it sounds like they accepted liability for their driver. I doubt they're planning to sue you, just looking for more details on what happned. If they do come back to you for payment, or take you to court, call your company right away; they'll handle things, and defend you in court if it comes to that.
