I had a weird dream...?

To make a long story short, I had a strange dream that I was taking a walk, wearing summer clothes, while it was snowing, with my boyfriend and there were many people around doing the same. He knows that I wholeheartedly love him and would NEVER do anything to hurt him; however, we happened to cross a path with an old friend of mine and this guy told me that he loved me, friend-wise, so I repeated it back and gave him a hug. My boyfriend, standing there, heard everything, got really upset, called me a b-tch and walked off. So I tried to follow him but got lost in the crowd as there were so many people walking around. Can anyone interpret this dream? It's really weird and I need to know what it means (if it even has a meaning).
 
Maybe you feel that your boyfriend is over-protective. Or it is just a little worry you have at the back of your mind.
