I'm not an expert or anything.
I'm just bored and level-headed.
I don't know who the guy is, but I think possibly:
You had been subconsciously thinking about him, even if you just glimpsed him once on something.
It's weird what our brains can pick up on.
Maybe the sex represents a strong emotion towards something. Perhaps something you feel a very strong connection to (a partner if you have one).
The RV, possibly that it was big and accomodating, you feel that you have everything you need around you and are relatively secure.
The dirt perhaps something external that is bothering you that you are trying to keep separate from your home life.
The spiders I am unsure about.
Even though you are not afraid of them, they may represent fear of some kind, again on the outside of your "home" (the RV).
Perhaps connected to the dirt (the thing that is bothering you).
Maybe you are scared that something will happen that could disrupt what you have at the moment.
I don't know though.
I don't have any experience, I just think about stuff.
I recommend you get more sleep, as I find I have strange dreams when I am low on sleep.
