A friend of mine is interested in purchasing a Cobalt but I heard from someone that Cobalt's are not made very good because of where they are produced (Lordstown,OH). Something about a lot of the workers at this particular plant are alcholics and come to work hung-over. Just wanted to know if this is true or not. Thanks for the insight.

I sound like a story someone made up. My in the old day it was true but plant have quality control now and I doubt to much is done by actual workers but by robots. They are decently made cars as far as Chevy goes.

Yes, that IS true. Ohio itself is a dump with the lowest housing prices in the nation. A far cry from MY neighborhood

I work on cobalts quite often, both manual and automatic transmissions. They're solid cars and are well built both inside and outside. Most of new cars are built by machines, so the workers are pretty irrelevant to the car.
