I had a mylogram and a emg the same day

I had a EMG and a Mylogram on the 30th of January. I passed out with the Mylogram from the intesnse pain. Then, I developed a spinal leakage and had to be in bed for 48 hours. [please read the posting rules] over time 2 disc started buldging. I may need surgery, I hope in a way because I can not keep hurting like this, It has been sense noveraber the 1st.
I been off work sense then. I am just wondering what is next...little worried, anyone out there that has been there?

Oye! What does the MRI report state? Which discs are involved? Is there nerve compression/pinching? I am guessing yes, hence the EMG and Myleogram.

Did you get the report back from those yet?

It's hard to say what's next for you. Can you give us more info?
 
My L4,L5,S1 Disc and nerves are pinched, Plus I also had a joint injection for the pinched nerves back in Noveraber. The injection were no help at all as you can tell. I won't find out the result of the Mylogram or the EMG till the 6th
of Feb.

It will be hard to know what the next step will be for you until you know all the test results. Once you do, post the results on this board and people will give you their (not medical) opinion. Good luck at your appt. on Wed. and keep us posted.
