...450GBP for speaking up...? I ignored his correspondence all together and vow not to have anything to do with him. He then try to make me pay him 450GBP AND apply for the court judgement. After a court jugment againt me( i did not attend) now the cost is 680 GBP, he also apply for a court order to sell off my property to pay him the money. I wasn't even ask for his service at that time. I was offering him his fee of 120GBP an hour after received the the invoice, which is incorrectly billed at 450GBP. I DID NOT ask him to do anything for me at that time.
IT was all started by me questioning him why he had not obtained my premises license that I had ask him to apply for me. He said he had done it but never received any license's hardcopy. I paid him in full for that job. Because of no hardcopy I can not convert the old license to the new one. Thats what make me see him. How can he billed me 450GBP when the correspondence he sent me said he charged 120 an hour??? Also I paid in full the job he hs not finished.
