I gotta earn money fast?

kk so I'm 13 and been trainin with wooden swords for 3 years. My mom finally let me have a REAL katana but it costs 600 bucks. and she said no.. and my dad is still thinkin bout it.. theres 20% chance he'll say no... so I need money and I need it fast. whats a good way to earn money fast? like in a month... I'm already trying to get a Game tester game. and my mom wont let me babysit and I cant do nothin else.. I cant even get a job in a video game store or a clothin store or a reastorant or w/e! and dont ANYONE say anythin like "your to young for a sword!!" "YOU CANT GET A JOB!!" or "shut up and wait till your older" or anything like that.... are there websites to help me get money in a month or two? I'm trying super hard to get the sword.... but I've been waiting for 3 years and I dont wonna wait another year >< .. please help.. whats something a 13 year old can do

I sorta live in an apartment ^^;;;; soooo.. theres no lawn... and theres a garbage dispozal in the hall that leads to the trash downstairs......... if I did that I'd get paid 5 cents ._. ;;;;
poke my eye out? what part of 3 years didnt you understand! :O I may not be a pro.. or very good with a blade... but I'm good enough to USE a metal sword o.o
... 100 a week... thats way to little... I get that per week by just sitting at my house watchin TV XD (allowence)
