I want to lose weight so badly, and I'm over weight. I don't know but I feel the need to be chewing on something. So I usually eat when I'm not hungry. Few the past couple weeks I been giving up on soda, of course I drink few, maybe two a day or one, or none at all. But I always been like this when i was a little girl, I have the need to chew or eat. Which I can't give up. And I'm tired of it. Anyone can help me?
