i started my sprint contract on 8/27/10 and i decided to go with the htc hero sinc people were telling me that its a good phone. the performance sucks and i dont really like texting with it because of the damn touch screen. i got the phone at radioshack and i remember the lady saying some thing like if i dont like the phone i can return it within 30 days, i just wanna know if thats true because if it is, then im probably gonna get something else. and by the way, i got a refurbished htc hero, not a new one. thanks!
