There's always a chance you could be pregnant if you didn't use a condom..but if you did use one and have the depo shot in you then its highly unlikely your pregnant...you get the depo every 3 months and it is normal to get spotting in between the shots...after awhile it should stop all together or it can keep happening....but i think your okay...
