I went to Wal-Mart at 7:30 and was 20 of 20 in line. I waited 4.5 hours and got Zelda (they had 19 copies), Madden 07, Red Steel, Extra Wiimote, and Extra Numchuck.

All for $473.27

My buddy and I have had it hooked up since 12:45 and haven't even played anything yet but Wii Sports.

I am stoked.

They only had 7 nunchucks and the first 7 people took them (we went in order to grab your stuff) and I didn't get one, and I was kinda mad, then people didn't have enough money, so a guy infront og me got one, and right as I was checking out the manager hands me one and says you want this, I took it and thanked him.

Off to more Wii.....my best buy of the year so far.

It's not that they couldn't afford it, but they were High School kids and they didn't have anymore cash on them.

I played the first level of Red Stell and it took 20 minutes, and I have played a game of Madden (fun as HELL when you get the hang of it) and now a buddy (who was 21 and didn't get a Wii but still waited with me) is starting a game of Zelda, which looks killer and I can't wait to play.

so I am now awake, and ordering a Classic Controller and Component Cables.

Man, I can't believe how QUIET this is, and BTW GameCube games are JUST as fun on the Wii.

I figured out on accident that the doors covering the GameCube controller ports and the memory ports come off and snap back on.

There were more people than I thought camped out for this. The three walmarts here had lines starting Friday night/Saturday morning, so I had to do an overnight camp at Target. I grabbed one of the last systems, and I had been waiting since 8pm .

No, lol, my door wouldn't close all the way and I was like, man, Nintendo needs to fix this, it doesn't shut, then I plugged in a gamecube controller and it fell off and I laughed my ass off because it was funny, then a friend looked in the book and said they snapped on and off.

They are only $1 in the Nintendo parts thing if you break them.

what's different from people camping out for the Wii compared to the PS3, is that the people camping out for the Wii actually love gaming, while the PS3 people are just in it to flip it.
