get my license? Also, if I were to retake my permit do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can take my drivers test, if so how long? Or can I do it all at once?
It says it expired November 10, 2008

So therefore if I have to retake the written test how long do I have to wait to get my license, I'm 18 by the way.
 
No, you should be able to just go and take the road test for your license. You already have your permit, so if there isn't anything on it that says it's expired, then you're fine.
