...points best answer? In november i had a friend dye my hair from box, she completely covered it but when it dried there were so many spots missed! I had my mom redye it a couple days later and the spots were still there. Finally i decide just to go to a professional to get this fixed she had to dye it a darker color (dark brown) so itd match everything. I went to Regis. But not im noticing some spots! Is it my hair that's not letting the dye in or is it stylists fault? What can i do to fix this?! Do root touch up kits work even if its not my roots that's the problem?!
