I got my first ticket going 91mph on a 55mph and I'm 18. I have court what do...

Here in Cal. that is considered exhibition of speed, also the state is broke so expect a huge fine. If you need a dollar amount, I would guess 550$

You are very likely losing your license no matter what attorney you hire. I wouldn't waste the money to hire one. Please slow down, that is inconsiderate, immature, and reckless. If you had wrecked, and God forbid killed someone, you would be facing 12-15 years for vehicular manslaughter. Plus, they probably would have sued you beyond your insurance coverage, i.e. millions depending on who you hurt, and garnished your wages for the remained of your life. I was a knuckle head too once, still kind of am in some aspects, but driving that fast is crazy! I lost a friend every single year of high school due to wreckless driving. Just not worth it in my book.

Not nearly as much as your insurance will go up. you got years of financial fallout from that mistake.

BTW many states will revoke a license for anything over 25 mph above the limit.

You should expect a fine of well over $200. In addition, you may have to pay court costs of another $150 or more. All of this would depend on which state you are in. There may be other penalties.

You can call the clerk of the court to ask the standard fine for 36mph over the limit.

You should contact an attorney who deals with traffic offenses to assure that you assert your rights appropriately.
