I got medically discharged from the Army can I go into another branch of service?

I recieved an honerable Discharge from the U.S Army in 07''. I recieved servence pay I guess you could call it from my injuries. Is it possible to get an re-evaultion to join another branch of service or would I have to pay back what I recieved from my injuries? Any input is appriciated thank you.
