I got mandatory random drug tests issued by the 3rd circuit court of cook county.?

I dont think I can stop smoking pot, what if I just dont answer the phone when the drug test place calls?
Oh I forgot to mention its for an entire year..Mabye I should take a couple tests and not answer anymore?
