I got Logic Studio from a friend...can I save the program on a flash drive and

transfer it to another laptop? My friend gave me Logic Pro, and i used a serial number that was on the CD sleeve. If i want to put it on another laptop other than the one I have, will I be able to do that if I save it on a flash drive and transfer it to the new laptop?
