I would agree with the other poster that you need the emergency room immediately. Sometimes cranial bleeRAB if severe enough can cause nerves inside the head to get permanent damage from the fact that the neurons become stretched and brain cells squashed from blood where it does not belong. If the pressure is taken care of immediately you may be better off. They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Now you need the ounce of prevention right now before there is no cure.

i now feel dizzy everytime i try stand up vision sometimes goes blurry had a blackout feel bit sick sometimes and got massive headache what should i do whats the minimum stay at a hospital for something like this?

im going to wait till tomorrow morning see how i feel really dont like hospitals whats the minimum stay usually?

In the opinion of a nursing school and probably many a doctor it is dangerous to wait after a bang to the head. I am hoping you will change your mind and go right away. If they do an MRI in a short time maybe you could go home very shortly but don't deprive your future well being.

Hey lekshu1,

You need to go to hospital. You have suffered head trauma and by the sounRAB of it quite alot. Its possible you my have a small cranial bleed, Dont worry it can stop on its own. how long ago did this happen? The minimum stay in the uk for head trauma is 24hrs for observation is all scans and tests come back ok.

like its been a fair couple hours now only things what scare me everytime i stand up i get dizzy and my headache gets worse like im blacking out can this lead to serious damage?

happened 2 hours ago still same symptoms but everytime i stand up i get dizzy and headaches get worse

Hi In my opinion please get yourself to the emergency room now because I have been taught these are symptoms of damage that can be very serious. Maybe you should call an arabulance. Sometimes by the time symptoms appear a little damage has been done and the longer the wait the more the damage! Don't wait until you are unconscious and unable to do anything for yourself.

and ive had a blood clot in the past my legs sometimes cramp up but now there cramping constantly.. i dont know whats going on

You need to go to the hospital so they can check you over and run some scans. DO NOT DRIVE get someone else to drive you there.
