I got kicked from a Chat server, how do I get back in?

I was in VgChat. I was chatting and all fo a sudden it said i got kicked. It has been a day now, and i still am kicked from the chat. How do i get back in?? I am not so good with computers, so if i have to delete folders, say the directions really well BEST ANSWER WINS 10 POINTS
