I got into an accident and hit a guy on his bike?

I was driving towards a ramp to get on the expressway and my light was green. A guy on his bike got in my way and i tried to stop but it waz raining so my car hit his bike and he fell off and got a fracture on his leg. Do I have a chance or am i going to have to pay for his hopsital bill?
 
Bicycles are subject to the exact same laws you are when driving ! If he went through a red light , he`s totally at fault . He`ll likely have to pay his own medical bill . If there was any damage to your car , I`d sue him !
 
You may not have to pay for his bills. There was some comparative fault on the other guys' side. Sounds like a question for a jury to decide.
 
Your insurance will pay for it; that's why you have it.

However, your premium is going to go wa-a-a-y up, even if it wasn't your fault.
